Actually I never get this order !!!!!!! I don't know it was whose mistake amazon,seller or usps ? It never get ship to my adress. The usps guy couldn't find it and he sent it back to seller. Actually I order that item for somebodyelse so i broke her trust on me. I get paid back from seller though.

You won't be charged for Wi-Fi if you use like your own peronal router but you may have to pay premium if you want to use the whole 'hot-spot' thing. As far as the apps go some of them won't work...
