Great little ipod!

I purchased this to make my life a little simpler and not have to carry around CD's anymore. This definitely does it's job!! It's so cute and tiny! It's so easy to carry it in your purse or pocket! The only thing that is disappointing is compared to my husband's ipod classic, the sound quality...

Truly awful sound quality for playback

Cool radio but the playback of mp3 and AAC is so so so bad. This was a replacement for my nano 2nd gen to play in the car but I sold it back to Gazelle after a month or trying to make it sound good. Get the Creative Zen X-Fi or a Sony player, awesome sound quality on both.

Try plugging it into your computer and urgent "restore" on iTunes.

If none of the buttons toil, I suggest taking it to apple. The other answers are all other options but if you say the buttons doesn't work and if you ipod is still under warranty, I would take it...

i have apple nano 4g 16GB....i fancy to sync some videos to it.but everytime i drag and drop it, it places it in the movies folder. in my iPod, in the music videos folder, it says to sync music...

off with sure "include music video" is checked under the Music tab

and see if you can find your video under the Video tab
and suppose sure that file is checked
...
